These terms apply to the AUMVerse mobile app and this website, operated by [Legal entity name] (“AUMVerse”, “we”, “us”). By using AUMVerse you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Using AUMVerse
- AUMVerse is free to use. You can use it as a guest or with an account.
- You must be at least [Minimum age] years old, or have a parent or guardian’s permission.
- Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Give accurate information when you create an account, book a session or send an enquiry.
2. Content
Scriptures, translations, audio, illustrations, articles and other material in AUMVerse are provided for personal, non-commercial use. Unless a work is in the public domain or marked otherwise, it belongs to AUMVerse or its contributors and may not be copied, redistributed or sold without permission.
If you believe something in the app is inaccurate, offensive or infringes your rights, use the Report option in the app or contact us.
3. Health and wellness
Yoga, pranayama, shatkarma, wellness and nutrition content is for general information and practice only. It is not medical advice and does not replace a qualified professional. Practise within your limits, and consult a doctor before starting a new practice, especially if you are pregnant, injured or have a medical condition.
4. Practitioners and pandits
- Practitioners, pandits and organisations listed in AUMVerse are independent. They are responsible for their own services, fees, qualifications and conduct.
- AUMVerse helps you discover them and send booking requests or enquiries; any service is agreed directly between you and the practitioner.
- Please be respectful, keep to the times you book, and cancel in the app if you cannot attend.
- Practitioners using the partner portal (partner.aumverse.co) agree to any additional partner terms we publish.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse AUMVerse. In particular, do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service, scrape or copy content at scale, submit false bookings or reports, or harass practitioners or other people.
6. Donations
Supporting AUMVerse is voluntary. Donations are made through your own UPI app and are not payment for any service or feature.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep AUMVerse running smoothly but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may add, change or remove features and content. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
8. Liability
AUMVerse is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for services provided by independent practitioners.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
